Military Heritage at Tallinn Waterfront

Tere Folks!
I'm a graduate student in Landscape History from The Netherlands (were I've studied the Atlantikwall remnants), now doing research at Tallinn Ülikool about military heritage.
My focus is on the area from Paljassaarre to the Pirita river and part of the research is quickly mapping the remnants from the different military periods during the 20th century. Besides that, I'll study the current use of the remnants.
Since there are only few sources in English, I'm looking for people who know the area and its military history and can tell me things about it. Maybe we can have a chat or meet, I'm staying in Tallinn until the end of May. Also useful sources are welcome! Found quite a lot of old topographical maps already.
