Arvo "käre-maru-vahva" Nurk

Lgp. foorumi kolleegid ja külalised;
Arvo "käre-maru-vahva" Nurk on koht, kus ma mõningaid omalt poolt valmistatud värvitahvleid sõjaajaloost esitada soovin, mida ma üle viimase 40. aasta jooksul olen uurinud ja joonistanud. Kõik esitatud profiilid ei ole eesti/balti ajalooga seotud. Mõned värvitahvlid on Teile ehk juba tuttavad (ajakirjadest, raamatutest, Internet'ist, jne), teised ehk mitte. Minu vanaisa nimi oli dr. prof. jur. Mart Nurk.
Loodan, et minu silma-kombud Teile maitsevad....

Honored forum colleagues and guests;
Arvo's "swell" corner is a thread, where I wish to present some of my color art work/profiles, which I have researched and rendered during the past 40+ years. Not all of the presented art work has a connection with Estonian/Baltic military history. Some (profiles) may be familiar to you (from journals, books, the Internet, etc), others perhaps not. The name of this thread is a word-play in Estonian. "Nurk" means corner in the Estonian language; "Nurk" is also the name of my grandfather, Dr. Prof. Jur. Mart Nurk.
I hope you find some of my eye-candy to be tasty morsels...
Regards;
