Selle raamatu põhiliseks sisuks on fiktsioon kuidas venemaa ründab Baltikumi (alustades Lätist) ja sinna juurde kuuluvad värvikad kirjeldused kabinettides toimuvast. Selle artikkel viiega on see probleem, et asi toimub konsesuse põhimõttel.

Putin, minu märkus) . . . constitute an attack on Latvia or any of the Baltic states. We have heard is totally unjustified and hysterical overreaction by these warmongering generals. The NATO Military Authorities overreach themselves. There must be no declaration of Article Five'.
MicKinlay saw Kostilek begin to drum his fingers on the table.
And then the Hungarian spoke - or rather read his statement.
'Hungary recognises no threat from Russia to any NATO country. Hungary cannot support any declaration of Article Five.'
Kui selline pedereerimine on võimalik ja ma eeldan, et on võimalik sest Richard Shirreff on kirjutanud selle raamatu kogemuse põhjal, mida ta on NATO kabinettide näinud, siis on sitt lugu. Abi ongi vaid sellest kui võimalikult palju tehnikat ja personali eel-positsioneerida, sest hiljem panevad lõuna-eurooplased tala kui tuleb juttu deploymentist. Seega tuleb seda olukorda ennetada.
