A transit van has been driven into a crowd of people outside Somerset House and King's College on The Strand in Aldwych, Central London, WC2.

No reports of injuries, but numerous casualties are/were being treated by paramedics at the scene. Dozens of paramedics, fire brigade and police are/were in attendance.

A blue tent has been put up next to a small van by the St Mary le Strand Church.

The attack took place this morning, and details are still emerging.
