Hello Forummembers!

My name is Petter Kjellander from Stockholm, Sweden. I have for many, many years been researching the Estonian 20. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS and the battle for Narva. I have been to the archives around the world and also been in contact with several veterans that fought in the division.

Now to why I am posting here on the forum; as my knowledge in the Estonian language is not very good, I am asking if someone here on the forum might be able to help me with a couple of translations (Estonian to English) - in regard I am willing to share materials and information about Estonian units in the German Army and the SS..

Feel free to contact me through PM here on the forum!

With the best regards and thanks in advance
Petter Kjellander

Hello Petter! Those subjects You´ve mentioned here are very large and general ones. Please try to be more specific, like which period of battles, where exactly, what regiments/ detachments etc. I believe this is the way a lot of wise people here could help You. Otherwise it will be just a general overview and contain information You already know. A good example is one previous thread here made by foreigner, "Permisküla island - August 1944". It is also in English, but very specific, so it could be answered very precisely. So, don´t hesitate and good luck with questions!

Update! I have for the past months collected lots of new material from archives, veterans and books, and therefore need some help with translations from estonian to english. In return I can share information about the Estonian Division 43-45 (info mostly comes from German Militarya Archive). Any help will be appreciated!

Best regards
Petter
