IDF teatas õhurünnakute korraldamisest Iraani toetatud huthide vastu Jeemenis mõni aeg tagasi.

Sõjaväe teatel osalesid Iisraelist umbes 1800 kilomeetri kaugusel toimunud rünnakutes kümned Iisraeli õhujõudude lennukid, sealhulgas hävitajad, tankijad ja luurelennukid.

Löökide sihtmärgiks olid Houthi režiimi sõjalistel eesmärkidel kasutatavad paigad Hodeidah's ja lähedalasuvas Ras Isa sadamas Jeemenis, teatas IDF.
